NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a closed session at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of January, 2026, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows:
