- Park City Fire Service District Notice of Intent to Prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Notice of Preparation of an Impact Fee Analysis The Park City Fire Service District intends to amend its current Impact Fee Facilities Plan by doing an Impact fee and Capital Facilities Plan Study administered by Zions Bank Public Finance in the 2023 calendar year. The last study was done in 2018. The State Auditor's Office recommends that the study be done every five years. The Study will be within the district boundaries which is on the map located on the following page. Any inquiries into the study should be directed to the Fire District at 435-940-2500 or in person at the district office at 736 West Bitner Road, Park City Utah, 84098.
