Notice of Intent to Prepare an Amendment to the Current Impact Fee Facilities Plan and to Create a New Impact Fee Written Analysis
Park City Fire Service District, a Special Service District of the State of Utah, located in Summit County, Utah intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to the November 2023 independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and create a new Written Impact Fee Analysis and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Park City Fire Service District to prepare an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plan and to create a new Impact Fee Written Analysis. The proposed capital facilities will be located in the District's service area, which includes Park City Proper and surrounding parts of the unincorporated areas of the county that can be referenced in the attached map. The newly created impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the amended impact fee facilities plan or the newly created written analysis of proposed impact fees.
