- Wednesday, February 16, 2022 Amended Development Review Committee AMENDED DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. February 9, 2022 2. Zone Change A. EXPRESSWAY PLAZA. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to C-2 for property located at the intersection of Expressway Lane and State Street (SR-51). 3. Site Plan A. EXPRESSWAY PLAZA. The proposal involves commercial development of a site located at the intersection of Expressway Lane and State Street (SR-51). 4. Discussion A. UTILITY EXTENSION REQUEST. B. NORTHWEST QUADRANT UTILITY REQUIREMENTS. 5. Adjourn
