- PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 December 31, 2025 Dear Property Owner, You are receiving this notice regarding a proposed Preliminary Plat Application. You have been identified as a property owner within 300 feet of the subject property. Public input is sought on a Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Firelight Development for phases eight through sixteen of Residential Planning Area 1 (PA-1) within the Firelight MPDO (Tax ID's T-100-A, T-3-1-10-142-A, T-3-1-3-200-PV1, T-199-PV1, T-196-PV1, T-1231, T-3-1-3-201-PV1, T-101-PV1, T-197- PV1, T-104-A-1, T-3-1-10-140-PV1, & T-3-1-3-232-PV1). The site, located between Toquerville Parkway and Firelight Drive, is currently zoned R-1-20 Single Family Residential. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at 212 N. Toquer Blvd. During this time, residents may provide comments regarding the proposed Preliminary Plat. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you may submit a written statement prior to the meeting by emailing recorder@toquerville.utah.gov. Comments submitted by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing will be read aloud during the meeting. Copies of applications, plans and ordinance drafts are available for review at the Toquerville City Office located at 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Sincerely, Toquerville City
