- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 3rd day of December 2025, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: Work Session - 6:00 p.m. 1. Call Work Session to Order 2.
