Public comments: 2 minutes per person Discussion and Consideration: Minutes from November 18, 2025, work, public hearing and regular session. Discussion and Consideration: Plat amendment application from Chat Moyes. He is asking to combine lots in Captains Cove Plat A Subdivisions. The property parcel numbers being combined are 01-0110-0012, 01-0110-0013 and 01-0110-0014 to create 12A and parcel numbers 01-0110-0015 and 01-0110-0016 to create 15A. Discussion: Matt Henry would like to speak to the board regarding a one lot split of serial number A228. Discussion and Consideration: Legislative requirements in adopting a Water Conservation Plan into the Daggett County General Plan. Discussion and Consideration: Short Term Rental (STR) ordinance review and update. Discussion and Consideration: Election of Chair and Vice Chair. Discussion and Consideration: Set 2026 Planning and Zoning Meeting Calendar. Old Business: Update from UDOT regarding ROW off of HWY 43 to Eagles Landing Subdivision.
