- Amended OQUIRRH RECREATION AND PARKS DISTRICT NOTICE OF 2026 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING - DECEMBER 17, 2025 @ 6:00 PM The Oquirrh Recreation and Parks District, (dba Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center), will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider adoption of the District's 2026 Budget. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Element Event Center located at 5658 S Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah. The public will be given an opportunity to be heard on any item of the District's Tentative 2026 Budget. A copy of the Tentative 2026 Budget will be available for inspection at the front counter of the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center located at 5624 S Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah during business hours at least 7 days prior to the Public Hearing.
