- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA POWER DISTRICT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, AND 13 COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF POWER DISTRICT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, AND 13 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2025 AT THE UTAH STATE FAIR PARK ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 155 N 1000 W SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84116 AT 9:00 AM Draft Agenda A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Oaths of Office 2. Election of District Chair/Treasurer/Clerk 3. Discussion of trustees' conflict disclosures and ethics pledge. C. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-01: A resolution adopting rules of order. 2. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-02: A resolution implementing an electronic meetings policy. 3. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-03: A resolution adopting District bylaws. 4. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-04: A resolution implementing District records policy. 5. Budget Hearing: Consider accepting the 2026 Budget (see attached- this will be posted to the Public Notice Website by Monday). D. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act and other required training. (To be done offline by board members). E. Adjourn
