APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT FROM: NOVEMBER 24, 2025 TO DECEMBER 7, 2025 10:00 A.M PUBLIC HEARING 1. PUBLIC HEARING, REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE 2025 BUDGET. 2. PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE, ORDINANCE 2025-13, TO THE IRON COUNTY ZONING MAP - ZONE CHANGE FROM LI (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO I (INDUSTRIAL) ON APPROXIMATELY 77.44 ACRES LOCATED NEAR 6800 W AND 400 N, CEDAR CITY.
