PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREA, ACCORDING TO PROVISIONS OF UTAH CODE 17-41, FOR APPROXIMATELY 105.51 ACRES LOCATED ON FIVE PARCELS GENERALLY LOCATED ON 4100 W BETWEEN 3200 N & 4000 N.
