- CITY COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is given that the Farmington City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 at City Hall 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah. A work session will be held at 6:00 pm in Conference Room 3 followed by the regular session at 7:00 pm.in the Council Chambers. If you wish to email a comment for any of the listed public hearings, you may do so to dcarlile@farmington.utah.gov WORK SESSION - 6:00 p.m. - Discuss Fire Department move to 8 handed staffing - Discuss Park Reservation Policy - Discussion of regular session items upon request REGULAR SESSION - 7:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: - Invocation - Amy Shumway, Councilmember - Pledge of Allegiance - Brigham Mellor, City Manager PRESENTATION: - Recognition of Hailey Robinson, Student of the Month - Resolution renaming Kings Cross Trail to Ben's Berms PUBLIC HEARINGS: - Consideration of a rezone Development Agreement and Schematic Subdivision plan for the Heritage Residential Subdivision - Issuance of Series 2025 Sales & Franchise Tax Revenue Bond BUSINESS: - Consider approval of SIRQ Construction to be the Construction Manager / General Contractor for Fire Station 72. - Consideration of a sub PMP/Development Agreement for the Concept Site Plans and Schematic Plat for C3 Quik Trip, including sign details. - Consideration of a Project Master Plan PMP and schematic subdivision plat for The Violet - White Horse Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) - Amendment to Development Agreement for the Hess Farms Subdivision - Packer Subdivision Alternate Lot Size and Sidewalk Installation Considerations.
