- Lake Point City Council Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting. Council members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 6:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order B. Prayer C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Presiding Officer E. Attendance Roll Call 2. Legal Training/Clarification 3. Staff Report 4. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the agenda item identified as a public hearing. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 5. Approve the Minutes A. 11.05.2025 6. Reports/Presentations A. Tooele County Sheriff's Office B. Treasurer Report/ Summary Budget Report C. Emergency Management Report 7. Discussion Items (No Vote) A. Personnel Policy B. Parking Policy C. Procurement Policy 8. Action/Business Items (Action/Voting) A. Ordinance amending the Commercial Uses recommended by the Commission to the Council B. CDGB Grant- Requested by North Tooele Fire District 9. Council Updates A. Committee Updates B. Kirk Pearson C. Alexis Wheeler D. Kathleen VonHatten E. Jonathan Garrard F. Ryan Zumwalt 10. Public Comment 11. Closed Session- Potential closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the sale or purchase of real property, and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed). 12.
