- Notice is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 17B-1-210 and -211 that the San Juan County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a request from Spanish Valley Owner, LLC. The property owner has requested that the County provide Sewer, Water, Emergency, and Road Services to their property located at 144 Shafer Road. A map of the relevant area is included in the request from Spanish Valley Owner, LLC. A Public Hearing is being held to allow public input on whether the requested service is needed in the area of the proposed special district, whether the service should be provided by the county or the proposed special district, and any other matters relating to the request or the proposed special district. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers on November 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the San Juan County Administration Building located at 117 South Main Street in Monticello, Utah, with electronic participation available through Zoom at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3125521102?omn=87400259717
