Notice is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 17B-1-210 and -211 that the San Juan County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a request from Spanish Valley Owner, LLC. The property owner has requested that the County provide Sewer, Water, Emergency, and Road Services to their property located at 144 Shafer Road. A map of the relevant area is included in the request from Spanish Valley Owner, LLC. A Public Hearing is being held to allow public input on whether the requested service is needed in the area of the proposed special district, whether the service should be provided by the county or the proposed special district, and any other matters relating to the request or the proposed special district.
