- OFFICE OF THE DAVIS COUNTY CLERK NOTICE OF ELECTION 2026 REGULAR GENERAL ELECTION I, Brian McKenzie, Davis County Clerk, hereby give notice, pursuant to Utah Code 20A-5-101, for the 2026 Regular General Election, which will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. (20A-9-408) Registered Political Party Candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than 5:00 p.m on March 31, 2026. (20A-9-403) Candidates Not Affiliated with a Party must submit each signature packet (nomination certificate) with signatures totaling the minimum amount required for the office, to the County Clerk where the majority of the signatures in the packet were collected no later than June 15, 2026.
