Welcome 2. Roll Call of TEC Membership a. City of Taylorsville John 'JT' Taylor, City Manager Curt Cochran, Taylorsville City Councilmember b. Salt Lake County David Delquadro, Council Chief Financial Manager Kersten Swinyard, Economic Development Director c. Granite School District Clarke Nelson, Board Member Todd Hauber, Business Administrator d. Utah State Office of Education Scott Jones, Deputy Superintendent of Operations e. All Other Taxing Entities David Martin, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer, Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District 3. Election of TEC Officers 4. Review of proposed 2nd Amended 5400 South and Bangerter Highway Urban Renewal Project Area Budget - Dina Blaes, City of Taylorsville, and Jason Burningham, LRB Finance 5. Determination of whether there is unanimous consent of TEC representatives present to proceed with consideration of approval of proposed 2nd Amended Project Area Budget at this TEC meeting, rather than requiring a second TEC meeting for that purpose 6. Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. TEC 25-01 Approving 2nd Amended 5400 South and Bangerter Highway Urban Renewal Project Area Budget 7.
