- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the: MIDA Military Recreation Facility Development Review Committee Date and time: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 @ 2:00 PM Information to attend virtually: This is a Zoom meeting only. To hear or view the meeting and to provide comments to the board during the meeting, register in advance at: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_PjkdAIvbSqa-GS25AFl5Jg AGENDA Welcome from Committee Chair, Nicole Cottle to public and board members: Doug Smith, Ray Whitchurch, Eric Hales, Dustin Grabau, Max Covey and Dallin Koecher. Review and approval of the October 21, 2025 meeting minutes. Consideration of Deer Crest parking requirement timeline: Presented by Richard Catten Consideration of Deer Crest Subdivision Plat. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Steve Issowits Consideration of Deer Crest Site Plan. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Steve Issowits Consideration of Consideration of Cormont Lot 10 Site Plan. Staff report presented by Rob Donigan. Applicant representative: Saadet Nur Yilmaz Executive Director updated and board member comments Adjourn. The next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 2:00 pm. General public attendees will be able to join this meeting in person or after registration on the Zoom platform which is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, pmn.utah.gov. By motion of a Committee Member, the DRC may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206.
