- SF Logo Wednesday, November 12, 2025 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. November 5, 2025. 2. Final Plat A. RIVER MEADOWS TOWNHOMES AMENDMENT. This proposal involves approval of a Final Plat for 24 additional townhome units located at 253 West Arrowhead Trail. B. SUMMIT BUSINESS PARK PLAT A. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for eight industrial condominium units located at 1564 North 250 West. 3. Minor Plat Amendment A. NORTH POINT PROPERTIES SUBDIVISION - 1ST AMENDMENT. This proposal involves vacating and amending Lot 1 of the North Point Properties Subdivision which is located at 3586 North Main Street. 4. Zone Change A. SWENSON PROPERTY ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves a request to change the zoning from R-R Rural Residential to I-1 Light Industrial on a property located at 1730 West SR-77. 5. Concept Review A. MEADOW LANE CONCEPT. B. DAVIS PROPERTY CONCEPT. C. THE ERA & OAKS TOWNHOMES CONCEPT. 6. Development Agreement A. EAGLE HAVEN SUBDIVISION PLAT C. It is proposed that a Final Plat be approved by way of a Development Agreement for a three-lot subdivision to be located at 2580 East 300 South. 7. Adjourn End
