The meeting will be on Thursday the 13th Day of November 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Torrey Town Office, Bay 1 located at 75 E 100 N. Note the agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order. The agenda will be as follows: Welcome, Mayor Mickey Wright Administrative Business Welcome/ Opening Remarks Roll Call: Excused: Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Mayor Wright welcomed everyone, Public Comments: Conflict of Interest Review & Approve Minutes of October 9, 2025 Town Council Meeting Review & Approve Minutes of October 16, 2025 Town Council Work Meeting Agenda Requests/Discussion: Water hookup: Dan and Lori Cunningham Change Residential water hookup to Commercial: Aram, ERU Letter Town Business: Food Drive Initiative: Renee Reel Solar System Path Project Update and Review Data Privacy Policy. Schedule a public hearing to open the budget in January Clerk Report: Karen Mayne Building Permits: Aram 4plexs, Larry Harper Deck, Entrada need plans.
