PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (ORDINANCE 2025-12) - AMENDING THE IRON COUNTY GENERAL PLAN TO INCLUDE A WATER USE AND PRESERVATION ELEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH UTAH SENATE BILL 110.
