- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Hearing before the Bluff Town Council to be held at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the Bluff Community Center located at 190 N 3rd Ave, Bluff, Utah 84512 and via virtual Zoom meeting (https://zoom.us/j/92499673928) to solicit public comment on the adoption of an ordinance regulating the use of land in the airport influence area, as required by Utah Code ยง72-10-403. The draft Airport Overlay Ordinance is available to review on www.townofbluffutah.gov. The public hearing is set pursuant to Utah Code 10-9a-204 to allow members of the public a reasonable opportunity to be heard and to comment on adoption or modification of land use regulations. Written comments will also be accepted until Friday, October 17th at 5:00 pm.
