- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to tbergeson@taylorsvilleut.gov or call (385) 308-0534, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: - File #5Z25 - DCA-000549-2025: Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a Development Code Text Amendment to Section 13.26.090(A)(3) Related to On-Premises Directional Signs. - File #1GP25 - GPLAN-000551-2025: Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a General Plan Map Amendment to Amend the Professional Office Designation to Residential -High Density for Approximately 8 Acres of Property Located at 4271 S. 2700 W., in Taylorsville, Utah. - File #6Z25 - DCA-000552-2025: Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map Amendment for Approximately 8 Acres of Property at 4271 S. 2700 W., from Professional Office (PO) to Site-Specific Development Residential (SSD-R Beltway Residential). - File #7Z25 - DCA-000553-2025: Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 13.45 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code, Adopting Standards for the SSD-R Beltway Residential Zoning District. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
