- SEPTEMBER GOVERNING BOARD MEETING AGENDA Utah Charter Academies September 25th, 2025 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Utah Charter Academies will be held on September 25th, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at American Preparatory Academy located at 12894 S Pony Express Ln., Suite 400, Draper, UT, 84020, or electronically at https://meet.google.com/jma-kwro-ono. CALL TO ORDER - 5 minutes Roll Call Welcome Staff and Public PRESENTATIONS AND COMMENTS - 10 minutes Public Comment: The public is invited to make comments. This may be done during the meeting or may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting via regular mail or email to publiccomment@apamail.org. CONSENT AGENDA - 5 minutes *Consent agenda items are items that do not require discussion. If any of the below require discussion, a motion may be made to move the item from the consent agenda. August 28, 2025 Meeting Minutes LEA License & Endorsement Approvals Foreign Exchange Agency - Approval (Board brief) Recommended motion: To approve the September 25, 2025 Consent Agenda. BOARD BUSINESS - 30 minutes Bylaws Review and Board Assignments Election of Board Chair and/or Vice Chair Chapter J School Safety Policy Updates (Board brief) Recommended Motion: To rescind all existing Chapter J Emergency Response policies and approve the adoption of the consolidated Chapter J - Emergency Response Plan and the School Safety and Security Committee Policy. Emergency Interventions Policy (Board brief) Recommended Motion: To approve the Emergency Safety Interventions & Student Removal Policy as presented.
