Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Proposed Budget 2. Amend Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget. ACTION ITEMS: A. MOTION AND VOTE FOR ITEMS 1 - 8 1. Amending 2025-2025 Fiscal Year Budget: Resolution R2025-D to open and amend the annual budget of revenues and expenditures for the various funds of the town of Virgin for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 2. Adopting 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget: Resolution R2025-E to adopt the final budget for Virgin Town, fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. 3. Approve Virgin Canal Company Water Share Purchase Agreement 4. Approve Employment Agreement with Virgin Town, a municipal corporation and Mark C. Meyers. 5. Approve Resolution R2025-F A Resolution of the Town of Virgin Utah expressing the town's appreciation and gratitude to Team Rubicon for their public service to the Town of Virgin. 6. Approve BMX Track Lease Agreement between Virgin Town a municipal corporation ('Landlord') and Michael Linares ('Tenant'). 7. Approval for Mayor to sign the Virgin Town Storm Water Drainage Mater Plan Study Contract with Sunrise Engineering. 8. Approve Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release Pending Land Use Appeals. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. NON ACTION ITEMS / NO VOTE 1.
