- Notice of West Hills Incorporation Ballot Question Public Notice is hereby given that the following question will appear on the November 4, 2025, ballot for Summit County voters within the defined area of West Hills: Shall the area described as West Hills be incorporated as the town of West Hills? Election Information: Ballots mailed October 14, 2025 Ballots can be dropped in Ballot Drop Boxes on or before 8:00 p.m. November 4, 2025, Election Day.
