Public Notice is hereby given that the following question will appear on the November 4, 2025, ballot for Summit County voters within the defined area of West Hills:
Shall the area described as West Hills be incorporated as the town of West Hills?
Election Information: Ballots mailed October 14, 2025
Ballots can be dropped in Ballot Drop Boxes on or before 8:00 p.m. November 4, 2025, Election Day.
