- PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA THE SPRINGDALE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025, AT 5:00 PM AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, 126 LION BLVD - SPRINGDALE, UT 84767 Due to technical issues, there will not be a live stream of this meeting. A recording of the meeting will be made available to the public on YouTube the day after the meeting. Approval of the agenda General announcements Declaration of Conflicts of Interest A. Action Items 1. Public Hearing: Design Development Review: Development of a Paved 11-Stall Parking Lot Beside Meme's Cafe, 975 Zion Park Blvd. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly.
