- WEBER FIRE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Weber Fire District Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, September 23rd at 6:00 p.m. at Station 61 located at 2023 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah. A public hearing will be held to consider adoption of a proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan and a Proposed Impact Fee Resolution/Impact Fee Enactment and to adopt, enact, or modify: an Impact Fee facilities plan, a written Impact Fee analysis and an Impact Fee enactment for public safety facilities. Notice is hereby given that Weber Fire District (WFD) has prepared an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), including a summary of the impact fee analysis designed to be understood by a lay person, and a proposed impact fee ordinance/impact fee enactment related to public safety facilities for the entire boundaries of WFD. Copies of all of the foregoing are available for public review from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at Weber Fire District Station 61 at 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah, telephone 801-782-3580. They also may be viewed on the WFD website (weberfiredistrict.com). Notice is hereby given that WFD will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Weber Fire District Station 61 Training Room. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comments, and to answer questions about the proposed IFFP, IFA, and the proposed impact fee resolution/impact fee enactment, and to consider approval and adoption of the foregoing by the Board of Trustees. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations for District-sponsored public meetings should call 801-782-3580 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
