- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday, September 18, 2025 10:00 am 32 East 450 North, Ephraim, Utah 1. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for September 18, 2025. Is there anything else that needs to be added to it? b) Approve minutes from August 14, 2025. 2. Clerk Report: a) All FY 2025 reports have been submitted. b) Working on FY 2026 qtr 1 reports. They will be submitted next month. 3. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits made b) A motion is needed to pay all outstanding bills/invoices before the board: a. Soil Health in the West Workshop Sponsorship b. Clerk contract: FY 2026 qtr 1: $1,050.00 4. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) SERA: motion to use SERA funds for any Supervisor attending the meetings mentioned during the meeting. i. Sevier Conservation Fair: September 10, 2025, in Salina, Utah. ii. UACD Convention: November 5-6, 2025, in St. George, Utah. 5. UDAF Business: a) Updates b) ARDL: c) Watershed 6.
