- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the 'STORM DRAIN CLEANING AND TELEVISION, PROJECT 25-20'. The project includes the televising and cleaning of storm drain lines. The size of the lines will vary between 12-inch and 48-inch. This contract shall be for the fiscal 2025- 2026 year with two optional one-year extensions possible with mutual consent. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $150,000 The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.questcdn.com until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at which time all bids will be virtually opened using VirtuBid. The bidder will NOT be required to furnish a bid bond. Documents may be viewed online until prequalification requirements are met after which the documents may be downloaded for $30.00. Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at the questcdn.com website, under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the OWNER prior to October 20, 2025 at 12:00 pm. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be given a password to purchase and download and the bid documents. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
