ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the 'STORM DRAIN CLEANING
AND TELEVISION, PROJECT 25-20'. The project includes the televising and cleaning of storm drain
lines. The size of the lines will vary between 12-inch and 48-inch. This contract shall be for the fiscal 2025-
2026 year with two optional one-year extensions possible with mutual consent.
ENGINEERS ESTIMATE - $150,000
The bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through
www.questcdn.com until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at which time all bids

The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.

under the Q & A sections, to be reviewed by the OWNER prior to October 20, 2025 at 12:00 pm. Upon
Layton City approval, contractors will be given a password to purchase and download and the bid
documents. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project
experience.
