- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, October 8, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leedstown.org for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda, Wednesday October 8, 2025 b. Meeting Minutes of September 24, 2025 6. Staff Reports 7. Citizen Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Announcements: 9. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Consideration of Ordinance 2025-06 - Amending the Town of Leeds, Various Land Use Ordinance Amending Provisions of the Land Use Ordinance Including Definitions and Mixed-Use MU Zone. b. Consideration of Zone Change of Parcel L-2-D c. Bed and Breakfast Code 10. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
