- LEGAL NOTICE OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION CITY OF OREM 2025 PRIMARY MUNICIPAL ELECTION The Board of Canvassers of the City of Orem has prepared a report of the election results for the August 12, 2025 City of Orem Municipal Primary Election and certified the following results on Tuesday, August 27, 2025 Councilmember Quinn Mechan 6,325 Angela Moulton 5,698 Doyle Mortimer 5,694 LaNae Millett 5,673 Crystal Muhlestein 5,265 David M. Spencer 5,002 Steven White 1,706 Truman Van Cott 1,171 Tommy Williams 297 Archie Williams 227 The following individuals were nominated and will be placed on the ballot for the General Municipal Election, which will be held on November 4, 2025: Councilmember (Four-Year Term) Quinn Mechan Crystal Muhlestein Doyle Mortimer Angela Moulton LaNae Millett David M.
