- THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE THE MOUNTAIN GREEN FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT 4565 W. OLD HIGHWAY MOUNTAIN GREEN, UTAH Monday, November 10, 2025 6:30 P.M. MOUNTAIN GREEN FIRE STATION Pursuant to Utah code, Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings 6:30 PM - Truth and Taxation Hearing - Hearing for items listed on the agenda which discuss intent/action around raising certified tax rate for the Mountain Green Fire Protection District. Call to Order Approval of Agenda Declaration of Conflicts of Interest AGENDA ITEMS AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Board of Trustees and Fire Department Leaders - Presentation on reason for the tax increase including items mentioned in the mailer to residents. AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Public comment - 5 minute limit please Public Hearing Requirements Truth and Taxation Hearing on November 10, 2025. - Email/Proof showing that County Auditor and Utah State Tax Commission were made known of date, time, and place of the public hearing on or before Oct. 1st. - Agenda/proof demonstrating that the only items on the agenda discussed were raising the certified tax rate (TNT hearing), a budget hearing, and/or a special district/special service district fee implementation/increase - Agenda/proof must demonstrate that the meeting was not scheduled earlier than 6 PM - If applicable, future hearing time and date were specified and stated during the hearing. - A signed resolution or PT-800C Form.
