- Oakley City Planning Commission Regular Session Agenda Wednesday, October 1, 2025 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at 960 W. Center Street, Oakley and ZOOM Meeting Platform. Zoom Meeting ID: 820 258 4629 Special Session: 1. Introduction by Chair. Open Meeting. 2. Public Comment: *Public comment is for any matter NOT on the agenda and not the subject of a pending land use application. If you would like to submit written comments to Commission, please email stephanie@oakleyut.gov 3. Approval of Planning Commission Minutes of August 6, 2025, and September 3, 2025. 4. Public Hearing and Consideration of Conditional Use Permit for Accessory Building Exceeding 2000 sq ft., located at 5645 N Starr Lane. 5. Public Hearing and Consideration of Amended Master Planned Development Application for Oakley City Center. 6. Public Hearing and Consideration of Ordinance 2025-XX: An Ordinance Amending Oakley City Code 13-4-19 Pertaining to Text Amendment to Village Mixed Use Zone, Enacting the Permitted Use of a 'Gas Station With or Without A Convenience Store.' 7. Adjourn. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will only be permitted during the public comment and public hearing portion of this meeting. The Planning Commission values public comment and encourages civil discourse. The rules for any public comment are as follows: 1. If you wish to make public comment to the Planning Commission during the public comment period via Zoom only, please follow the instructions below: a. Use your full name as your Zoom ID so you are identified correctly. Individuals without a full name will not be allowed to provide public comments. b. If you would like to comment, press the 'Raise Hand' button at the bottom of the screen or chat window. You will remain muted. c. When it is your turn to comment, the moderator will unmute your microphone, the Board Chair or Planning Director will ask you to proceed. You will then be muted again after you are done speaking. 2. The Chair shall establish the allotted time for each public comment prior to the public comment portion of the meeting. 3. At the discretion of the Chair, a topic raised by the public may be discussed during an open meeting, other than a public hearing, even if the topic raised by the public was not included in the agenda or advance public notice for the meeting. 4. The planning commission may not take final action on a topic in an open meeting unless the topic is:(i) listed under an agenda item as required by Utah Code Subsection 52-4-202(6)(a; and (ii) included with the advance public notice as required in Utah Code ยง 52-4-202. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations for this meeting should notify Oakley City at 783-5734 - 960 West Center St. Oakley, Utah 84055, at least 24 hours before this meeting.
