- Daniel Town Council will hold a public hearing for a rezoning request for property located at 2530 S Daniels Rd from RA-5 to Industrial as part of their regular meeting. It is an open meeting in which you may voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. This notice has been sent to property owners within 500 feet of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners in Daniel who may be interested. If you cannot attend the meeting but would like your comments to be a part of the record of the hearing, please email your written comments to clerk@danielutah.gov or mail them to 1375 S Daniel Rd #8, Heber City, UT 84032. The Council will consider your comments when making a decision.
