Daniel Town Council will hold a public hearing for a rezoning request for property located at 2530 S Daniels Rd from RA-5 to Industrial as part of their regular meeting at 6 PM at 55 S 500 E, Heber City, Conference Rm B. It is an open meeting in which you may voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. This notice has been sent to property owners within 500 feet of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners in Daniel who may be interested. If you cannot attend the meeting but would like your comments to be a part of the record of the hearing, please email your written comments to clerk@danielutah.gov or mail them to 1375 S Daniel Rd #8, Heber City, UT 84032. The Council will consider your comments when making a decision. A second public hearing has been scheduled and will be held on October 15, 2025, in the Daniel Planning Commission meeting at 7 PM. This hearing was continued from the September 17 Planning Commission meeting, as the applicant was unable to attend and had requested a continuation. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Daniel Town Council after the public hearing, which the Council will also consider in making a final decision on the zone change request.
