- The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider the following: a. Consider revisions to the Land Use Code: Title 12, Chapter 40 b. Consider revisions to the Land Use Code: Title13, Chapter 10, Section 65 c. Consider repeal of Title 12, Chapter 30, section 30 of the Land Use Code. d. Consider revisions to the Land Use Code: Title 12, Chapter 30, section 190 e. Consider revision to the Land Use Code: Title 12, Chapter 10, Section 60 f. Consider revisions to the Land Use Code: Title 12, Chapter 10, Section 35 g. Consider revisions to the Land Use Code: Title 12, Chapter 10, Section 40 h. Consider an amendment to the Land Use Table removing the permitted use of short-term rentals from the MX, R5 and RT zones Reed Elder of CX Enterprises applied for a rezone of the following property: Parcel 04-005-0024 Approximately 175 N 700 E Hyde Park About 9.46 acres Current Zone: Agriculture Proposed Zone: R-2
