APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT FROM: SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 TO SEPTEMBER 21, 2025 10:00 A.M PUBLIC HEARING 1. PUBLIC HEARING, PUBLIC HEARING AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY. APN: E-1387-12, #187390. NOTE: PART OF THIS DISCUSSION MAY BE CLOSED PER UCA ยง 52-4-205(d). PUBLIC APPOINTMENT 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS Three (3) Minute Time Limit per Speaker for Public Comment Participants. Should Not Repeat Others Comments. Only for Items Not on the Agenda. INTRODUCTION OF FIVE-COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISOR PROGRAM. Presented by Roger Carter. 5. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF A LOCAL CONSENT FOR A SINGLE EVENT PERMIT, OKTEBERFEST FESTIVAL TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 17 & 18, 2028 AT THE IRON SPRINGS RESORT. Requested by Lauren Denhalter. 6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF UTAH OUTDOOR RECREATION OHV GRANT CONTRACT FOR OHV TRAIL MAINTENANCE. Presented by Mike Worthen. 7. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF EXTENDING AN AGREEMENT WITH DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST TO FINISH THE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION AT THE SNOWMOBILE PARKING AREA FOR ONE YEAR. Presented by Mike Worthen. 8. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR PAROWAN CITY'S APPLICATION FOR UNITED STATES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION FUNDING TO AID IN CONSTRUCTING A ROAD AND UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE NEAR THE PAROWAN CITY AIRPORT. 9. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR PAROWAN CITY'S APPLICATION FOR UTAH GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (GOEO) RURAL COUNTY OPPORTUNITY GRANT FUNDING TO AID IN CONSTRUCTING A ROAD AND UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE NEAR THE PAROWAN CITY AIRPORT. 10. PERSONNEL 1. SHERIFF'S OFFICE - CORRECTIONS A. Request for approval of new hire, Hadley Hickman, as a F/T Corrections Deputy, backfill of a vacant position, effective October 12, 2025. 2. SHERIFF'S - PATROL A. Request for approval of status transfer for Fernando Gomez, from a F/T Corrections Deputy to a P/T Bailiff effective September 14th, 2025. 3. JUSTICE COURT A. Request for approval of promotion for Lori Neighbors, from a F/T Judicial Assistant to a Senior Judicial Assistant, effective September 14th, 2025. 4. FAIR A. Request for approval of status change for Brad Benson, from a P/T Fair Maintenance Technician to a Seasonal Fair Maintenance Technician effective TBA. NON-DELEGATED ITEMS 1. County Boards 2.
