- Notice and Agenda We will convene in a work meeting with CW and Reeve & Associates at 6 pm concerning Jackson Development The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, June 12, 2025 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of Minutes for May 22, 2025 6. Technical Review Report: 7. Legislative Items: Discussion/Motion: to set a public hearing on June 26, 2025 for a rezone from RE-20 to RE-15 at property located at 3045 W 1975 N (DeVries Family Trust) Jed DeVries 8. Administrative Items: Discussion/Motion: Silver Valley Subdivision approx. 3050 W between 1975 N and 2200 N 18 lots (David Skeen) Discussion/Motion: Marsh Mountain View Subdivision approx. 2200 N 3450 W 31 lots (Joe Marsh) 9. Report from City Council: Commissioner Skeen 10. Commission Comments: 11.
