- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 5 Public Safety, Chapter 2 Animal Control, Article C Dog Licensing and Regulation, Section 1 Definitions. Limiting the number of dogs to 3 per household. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 5 Public Safety, Chapter 2 Animal Control, Adding Article E 'Horse Limit'. Limiting the number of horses per parcel. c. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 11, Chapter 5 Requirements for Improvements, Reservation and Design, Adding Section 13 'Subdivision of Land for Public and Municipal Utility. 9.
