8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings;
a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 5 Public Safety, Chapter 2 Animal Control, Article C Dog Licensing and Regulation, Section 1 Definitions. Limiting the number of dogs to 3 per household.
b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 5 Public Safety, Chapter 2 Animal Control, Adding Article E 'Horse Limit'. Limiting the number of horses per parcel.
c. The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval a code amendment, amending title 11, Chapter 5 Requirements for Improvements, Reservation and Design, Adding Section 13 'Subdivision of Land for Public and Municipal Utility.
