- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, March 27, 2023, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Open and Award Crack Seal Bids - Public Works Update - Emergency Management Update - Discussion & Consideration of Duchesne County Comments Regarding Greenhouse Gasses in NEPA Documents - Update & Consideration of Eastern Utah TV Transponders - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Discussion & Consideration of Indigent Defense Contract for Duchesne County Justice Court - Discussion of Hourly Rate for Indigent Defense Conflict Cases - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held March 20, 2023 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Adjournment
