- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Session Meeting on August 20, 2025, @ 7:00 P.M. At the Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah Call to Order Roll Call Prayer / Pledge Of Allegiance Reports and discussion Planning Commission Update. Presentation on the Government Data Privacy Act (10-15 mins) - Spencer Foster General Public Comment (2-minute limit per person): Comments are for any matter not on the agenda and not related to a pending land use application. Two minutes per person, with a total limit of 14 minutes. Consent Items The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. Approval of Minutes: July 16, 2025 Approval of Financials: June 30, 2025, and July 31, 2025. Business Items The Council will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: Approve the #R2025-13 A Resolution Of Fairfield Town, Utah, Approving The Interlocal Cooperation Agreement With Utah County For The 2025 Recreation Grant Agreement Between Utah County And Fairfield Town. Discuss previous recreation grants from Utah County Discussion on the Utah County Sheriff using a room in the town office. Discuss the Comcast Water impact fee and water requirements Comcast franchise agreement. Road easements for utilities Discuss and review the Water ordinance Update on The Inland Port Authority Discuss the budget Discussion on next steps with the park Discussion on the maintenance of the new office and items that need to be taken care of. Discussion on landscaping maintenance in Town. Discussion on the Christmas event and light installation Closed Session Possible motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
