- NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID Th Town of Daniel will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM local time on Sept 19, 2025, at Town Hall, 1375 S Daniel Rd. #8, Heber City, Utah 84032 for MATERIALS, LABOR, SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION & COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF: SOUTHFIELD ROAD WATERLINE EXTENSION PROJECT. Bids will be privately opened. Engineer's opinion of probable construction costs is $250,000 to $300,000. Bids may be delivered to the above address or mailed at the bidders sole cost and risk. Town of Daniel takes no responsibility for delivery of bids through mail. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the Bonfire website. For first time users, follow the 'Register' button at the top right hand corner of the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) portal provided by Utah State Purchasing at utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. Any rsponses received through the U3P Jaggaer courtesy posting will not be considered responsive, nor will they be evaluated. Questions or needed assistance can be directed to the online knowledge base, the FAQs page, or the Bonfire Support Team at support @gobonfire.com The designated website will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notification, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Questions are due in writing to Ryan Taylor, Town Engineer, at ryan.taylor@aquaeng.com on or before Sept 17, 2025 at 5:00 PM local time. The Town of Daniel reserves the righ to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Town. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by a bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount, which shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner.
