Roll Call PUBLIC INPUT Any public member who wishes to address the Council shall, prior to the meeting, sign the 'list to present' with the Clerk of the Council. They will be allowed up to three minutes to make their presentation. The public comment portion of the meeting will not exceed 30 minutes. Please send requests to ltitensor@clintoncity.com or call 801-614-0700. According to the Utah State Code, the Council cannot act on items not advertised on the agenda. CONSENT AGENDA a.
