- PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is given that the Snowville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, the 13th of August 2025, at the Snowville Town Hall, located at 20 West Main, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS Welcome - Mayor Scott O'Hare Pledge - Stacey Hill Prayer - Tammie Morgan Acceptance of the Agenda and Acceptance of Minutes from the Previous Meeting Ryenne Westmoreland and Ian Baldridge from Ocean Star International Matt and Kjerstin Wilcock- Town Website/Update Contract with Xpress Bill is signed Contract with Box Elder County needs to be signed for the Elections Speed Limit on Stone Road (Thoughts) Update on Utah Trails Using $1,400.00 that was donated for the 4th of July for Trunker Treat New Bowery One Bid from Clearly Buildings New signs for the Park/Installation Final Bill from Morgan Pavement $90,600.00 Water Dispute Box Elder County Sheriff (3 min) - Neighborhood Watch Forsgren (Eric Dursteler) (5 min) - Well application sent in Snowville Fire Department (3min) - Class 2 Fire Restrictions/Purchase of handheld radio to communicate with Oneida County Snowville EMS (3 min) -Talk about meeting with the State and relicensing the Ambulance. Snowville Clerk (3 min)- Update on the Bridge Snowville Treasure (3 min) - September 18, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m. Box Elder County Water Master Plan Regional Meeting AJ Morgan - Water Operator (3 min) Bret Reeder's water meter marked with Blue Stakes and ready to dig/Bids for cleaning the water tanks #1-$6,137.66/2#-$5.994.17/#3-$12,131.83 Council Member McGary (3 min) Request to use the Bowery on September 13, 2025/ War Party Council Member Johnson (3 min) - Council Member O'Hare (3min.) - Council Member Arbon(3 min.) - Public Comment (3 minutes Per Person, Total of 15 minutes) Accept the Expenses Adjourn ****POST MEETING MINUTES***** In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations, including auxiliary communicative aids and services during this meeting, should contact Stacey S.
