- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Weber Fire District Board of Trustees and the Local Building Authority of Weber Fire District will hold a Board meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in the Training room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically. Local Building Authority of Weber Fire District - Meeting Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Invocation 4. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolution: - 01-2025 - Consideration by the Local Building Authority of Weber Fire District, Utah, (the 'Authority') of a resolution adopting bylaws and a tax and disclosure compliance procedure for the Authority; confirming the election of officers for such Authority and authorizing other action on behalf of the Authority. 5. Election of Local Building Authority of Weber Fire District officers. 6. Adjourn Local Building Authority Meeting. Weber Fire District Board of Trustees - Meeting Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Invocation 4. Public Comments a. Comments will be limited to three minutes. Step to the podium, state your name and city of residence. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented during the public comment period. 5. Approval of Minutes - August 12, 2025 6. Presentation and Approval of Financial Report 7. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions: - Resolution 13-2025 - A resolution adopting the Weber County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan. - Resolution 14-2025 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a cooperative agreement between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands and Weber Fire District, submitting to qualifications and participating commitments; and provisions related to initial attack, delegation of fire management, transfer of fiscal responsibility and extended attack; authorizing the chair to sign such agreement; and providing for an effective date. - Resolution 15-2025 - A resolution authorizing the surplus of the following equipment: o 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 - S2301 o 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 - S2302 o 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 - S2303 8. Discussion and Action on the following: - Proposed increase in tax rate - Credit Card Fees - Impact Fees - special meeting in September? 9. Review and Approval of the Following Amended Rules and Regulations: - 200.13 Vacation Leave 10. Administration Report 11. Board Presentations 12. Adjournment
