- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 2nd day of September 2025 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Minutes a) August 12, 2025 3. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on the request for a rezoning of the property located at 657 West Factory Street (parcel no. 06-064-0053) from the AG (Agricultural) zoning district to the RM-12 (Residential Multiple) zoning district. 4. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on revisions to the City's Engineering Standards (continued from July 8, 2025 meeting) 5. Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on the City's Annexation Policy 6. Discussion and possible revisions to the City's accessory structure provisions in Title 9 of the Garland City's Code 7. Request for future agenda items 8.
